Waynetown, March 13 - Jonathan Ingersoll, a well known and highly respected farmer of southwest of this city died this morning at two after suffering for a year with cancer of the lip. Mr. Ingersoll was born in the neighborhood where his death occurred in May 1843 and would have been 70 years of age had he lived until next May. His wife has been dead 31 years. The decedent is survived by two sons and 3 daughters and by 3 brothers, two half-brothers and two half-sisters. Funeral services will be held from the Christian Church in Waynetown at two Friday afternoon. - kbz
